The Organising Committee of the 19th FINA World championships 2022 Fukuoka
On 31 January 2016, it was decided at the International Swimming Federation (FINA) Bureau meeting that the 19th FINA World championships would be held in Fukuoka.
On 4 September 2018, the Japan Swimming Federation and Fukuoka, the host city of the Championships, established the Organising Committee of the 19th FINA World championships 2022 Fukuoka, comprised of representatives from the business and sports communities and public administration sectors.
The Organising Committee prepares for and operates the FINA World Championships and the FINA World Masters Championships to make both events a success.
